About the Author
Meet Dr. Manisha Acharya
Dr. Manisha Acharya is a distinguished innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem architect with over two decades of experience in startup incubation, innovation management, and women-led enterprise development. As the Founder and Managing Director of WEneurs Forum and a Chevening CRISP Fellow from the University of Oxford, she has dedicated her career to nurturing entrepreneurship, supporting innovation, and empowering future business leaders. Throughout her professional journey, she has worked with startups, incubators, MSMEs, academic institutions, and entrepreneurship support organizations across India. Her leadership roles at Ernst & Young, Utkal University, Indigram Labs Foundation, ISBA, and KIIT Technology Incubator have significantly contributed to strengthening India’s startup ecosystem. Dr. Acharya has represented India at prestigious global forums in Seoul, Doha, Silicon Valley, Taipei, Tokyo, the United Kingdom, and the European Union, contributing to international conversations on innovation, entrepreneurship, and women in STEM. Recognized among Odisha’s Top 100 Changemakers, she continues to inspire entrepreneurs, innovators, and changemakers through her work, mentorship, and advocacy.
